| 2. | Joining the league |
| 2.1. | Joining the league during the season is possible. | 5-01-2010 |

| 2.3. | Access to a server, except for the official races, does not require possession of the league license. | 5-01-2010 |

| 3. | Server |
| 3.1. | The original copy of Rfactor and installed FIA GT Championship modification are necessary during the connection to the server. | 5-01-2010 |

- Causing accidents on purpose, “making donuts”, organizing crash tests, etc.
- Cutting chicanes and corners. After that a player is obligated to slow down and give back taken positions.
- Leaving a car in place where yellow flag will be displayed (the track and shoulders) or blockading the PitLane exit (stopping between white lines is prohibited in boxes).
- Driving an out of order car further than a pull over lap.
- Not complying with the PitLane speed limit.
- Crossing lanes alongside entrance and exit of the PitLane.
- Writing on chat during the Qualification and the Race sessions.
- Voting for Restart Session/Weekend/Race except for a situation when it is less than 10 minutes to the end of practice session. In that case option
”Next Track” is permissible.
- Voting before completed session load – game must start counting session time.
- Forcing other players to vote on concrete option.
- Offending other players.
- Using words or phrases which are found insulting.

| 4.1. | Full License is granted with no expiration date. Temporary License is granted on the time of a single Grand Prix and can be prolonged for each consecutive Grand Prix. | 6-01-2010 |

| 4.3. | To contest for the league license a driver must cover 30 measured laps on the server and must report in topic “Licencja – ZgÅ‚oszenia”. | 8-01-2010 |

| 5. | Participants |
| 5.1. | Any driver may appear under an alias or name and surname. | 5-01-2010 |
| 5.2. | Alias of the player cannot contain words, phrases or abbreviations which are found insulting; spelling mistakes; website addresses and real surnames of drivers and also special signs instead of letters. The alias can contain maximum 4 numbers. | 5-01-2010 |
| 5.3. | Driver is obliged to use the same alias in GTLiga, F1liga as well as on GTliga.pl service and a forum. | 5-01-2010 |
| 5.4. | Each driver has a one-time opportunity to change the car. It is penalized with a 60kg weight added to the new car only in the first Grand Prix after the change. Penalty does not go to the following GPs. Weight penalty from the standings from the previous race is not omitted. | 6. | Teams |
| 6.1. | To participate in the league races, each driver must be a member of a team. The driver can join an existing team or create his own. | 5-01-2010 |

| 6.3. | Team name cannot contain words, phrases or abbreviations which are found insulting. | 5-01-2010 |
| 6.4. | Driver can be a member of only one team while the season is running. | 5-01-2010 |

| 7. | Practices |
| 7.1. | Trainings are held all the time, except for the official races. | 5-01-2010 |
| 7.2. | Trainings are held in three forms – practices, MiniSim and Sim races. | 5-01-2010 |
| 7.3. | MiniSim:
- MiniSim is a form of practice and it assumes a form of 10 minutes race.
- When server is set for different time than 10 minutes, players are obligated to inform an administrator about that fact and due to that organizing MiniSim races is prohibited.
- Race can take place in the presence of minimum 5 drivers.
- About the start of MiniSim race decide - by majority of 70% - players by carrying out a voting.
- MiniSim is held without the qualifications.
- Drivers are covering the formation lap carefully without speed limiter.
- During the MiniSim complete silence on general chat is in effect and starting any vote is prohibited.
- Between following races and votes must be minimum a 5 minute brake.
- Starting a MiniSim race is prohibited an hour before the FullSim and official race.

| 7.4. | Sim:
- Sim (Simrace) is a type of training in shape of one out of three races, 30 min each with 5 min intervals or one 60 min race.
- Sim can be organized with at least 5 players present.
- It is required to have at least 10 timed laps on the track for drivers having licenses in order to participate in the Sim, for other drivers the limit is 30 timed laps.
- There is a 15 min gathering time before the race, during which drivers can perform timed laps as they wish.
- Starting places to the first race are decided with the positions of the gathering time laps or randomly, for the 2nd and 3rd race starting positions are reversed orders of finishing positions from the previous race.
- Sims take place in a planned schedule, usually these are in Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 19.30 CET. Changes to that schedule will be posted in the forum and in the EVENTS area.
- Voting and open chatting is prohibited during the sim.
- Drivers posing threats to other drivers can be kicked from the race – this also concerns players with high pings.

| 8. | The rules of the game |

- Qualification - none

- Main race- 20:50 (60 min) – top 10 from the Sprint race start in reverse order

| 8.10. | Every participant is required to use one tire provider through the whole GP (Dunlop, Michelin or Pirelli). It is possible to change the tire type (soft/medium/hard) for the second race. It is not required to use one tire manufacturer through the whole season. | 6-01-2010 |
| 9. | Qualifications |
| 9.1. | During the qualifications, driver can cover maximum 5 laps, including 3 measured laps. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.2. | Violating this regulation will cause a disqualification and a start from the last position. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.3. | After covering a permissible number of laps we return to boxes as quickly we possibly can. | 5-01-2010 |

| 9.5. | While we are on an out lap we give ground to driver who is on measured lap in that way to not disturb him. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.6. | On measured lap we turn the lights on to inform drivers who are on the out lap about the necessity of giving ground. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.7. | During the qualifications, if driver did not cover any measured lap, he is obligated to start from boxes. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.8. | After beginning the first measured lap, setup is being locked. During the warm-up it is only possible to refuel, change tires, change brake balance and adjust the front wing. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.9. | During the race complete silence on general chat is in effect. | 5-01-2010 |
| 9.10. | On call of an administrator, the driver who makes ride difficult for other drivers (for example like temporary problems with connection) is obligated to leave the track immediately. Not complying with that rule will result in removal of the player. | 5-01-2010 |
| 10. | Race |
| 10.1. | Race may take place in the presence of minimum 5 drivers. | 5-01-2010 |
| 10.2. | In force is standing start which is preceded by a formation lap. | 5-01-2010 |
| 10.3. | During formation lap drivers are expected to drive as smoothly as possible. Pit speed limiter is not obligatory. | 6-01-2010 |
| 10.4. | During the formation lap, it is not allowed to overtake a driver who lost his position, went off the track etc. Driver will start to the race from position which he achieved in qualifications.

- Faster driver is responsible for a safely done lapping.

| 12.1. | Weight penalties and reductions are placed on a driver separately for each GP race but in sum after GP has been finished. They are placed for the whole consecutive GP.

| 13.3. | Protest may be reported by any driver – the quilty party, victim or witness. | 5-01-2010 |
| 13.4. | Protests must be placed with the form “Post protest” in the "GTLiga Zima 2010" menu item. | 6-01-2010 |

| 14. | The Commissions |
| 14.1. | The Commission of Penalties has a law to penalize with:
- Withdrawal with definite number of starting positions in a next race.
- Withdrawal on the end of the starting straight in a next race.
- Withdrawal with a definite number of positions in an ended race.
- Start from the PitLane in a next race.
- Disqualification from an ended race.
- Disqualification from a definite number of races.

| 15.4. | Painting cannot contain insulting contents and signs or which brake general ethical rules. | 5-01-2010 |
| 15.5. | On the both sides, in the space between wheels must be the league sticker with a number of a driver. The sticker on the bonnet is optional. | 5-01-2010 |
| 16. | Final principles |
| 16.1. | All times and final positions in races are in the effect only on the basis of results on a server, statistics, logs or replays. | 5-01-2010 |
| 16.2. | Administrator can remove a player from server who committed action which is not in compliance with general rules but is not presented in other point of regulations. | 5-01-2010 |
| 16.3. | Before a race it is recommended to turn off any applications (including communicators) which may have effect on stability of the network connection. | 5-01-2010 |
| 16.4. | Any attempts of cheating, using forbidden helps will be penalized with an indefinite ban on every server and a ban on the account. | 5-01-2010 |
| 16.5. | On the whole service and all servers which belong to GTliga.pl it is prohibited to advertise websites, leagues and other games without a permission of the league administration. | 5-01-2010 |
