1. General principles
• Games are carried on Rfactor 1.255 with FIA GT Championship supplement and additional improvements from EOAA and GTliga.
• To join the league it is necessary to possess the original version of Rfactor game. Any attempts of avoiding that regulation will be penalized with permanent remove of a player.
• The regulations might be changed during a season but only on a necessity of the league and unforeseen situations whereas everyone must accept them.
• Anyone who wants to join the league must be registered user of GTliga site and must report his will of entry in a proper topic of GTliga forum.
• On the entire service F1liga.pl and GTliga.pl are obligating the rules of a good behaviour.
2. Joining the league
• Joining the league during the season is possible.
• To take part in an official league races it is necessary to possess a league license and to be a member of GT team which is in the right of starts.
• Access to a server, except for the official races, does not require possession of the league license.
• Participation in the “Minisim” race does not require possession of the league license.
• Participation in the “Sim” race on a full distance is possible after covering 30 measured laps on the present track in case a driver who is contesting for the league license.
• Any driver who does not possess the league license must move in a rightly marked car.
3. Server
• The original copy of Rfactor and installed FIA GT Championship modification are necessary during the connection to the server.
• To connect to the server write in address: serwer.gtliga.pl:7000
• Each official league race is password protected. The passwords are sent to licensed drivers 6 hours at the latest.
• Server is available 24 hour per day.
• Drivers must have a stable internet connection. GTliga does not take responsibility of drivers problems with holding a connection to the server.
• On server are prohibited:
Causing accidents on purpose, “making donuts”, organizing crash tests, etc.
Cutting chicanes and corners. After that a player is obligated to slow down and give back taken positions.
Leaving a car in place where yellow flag will be displayed (the track and shoulders) or blockading the PitLane exit (stopping between white lines is prohibited in boxes).
Driving an out of order car further than a pull over lap.
Not complying with the PitLane speed limit.
Crossing lanes alongside entrance and exit of the PitLane.
Writing on chat during the Qualification and the Race sessions.
Voting for Restart Session/Weekend/Race except for a situation when it is less than 10 minutes to the end of practice session. In that case option
”Next Track” is permissible.
Voting before completed session load – game must start counting session time.
Forcing other players to vote on concrete option.
Offending other players.
Using words or phrases which are found insulting.
• On server obligate following set-ups:
Tire wear – 2x
Fuel consumption – 1x
Forced view – Cockpit
Available helps – Automatic Clutch
• Administrator may remove driver from server who does not comply with regulations or causes too much danger.
4. License
• League driving license is given indefinitely.
• Condition of receiving license is stable motoring and respecting the rules of fair play
• To contest for the league license a driver must cover 30 measured laps on the server and must report in topic “Licencja – Zgłoszenia”.
• Required time of one lap was set as 120% of a lap record (from server statistics)
• Minimum number of covered “Simrace” without causing accident is 2.
• Final test in case of doubts in giving the league license is a direct confrontation with an administrator (or a person appointed by him) on the track to check up skills on time set by the interested parties.
• License might be taken back for a unsportsmanlike or/and an uncivil behaviour on track as well as on chat and F1liga.pl service.
• Causing accidents in two following official races cause taking back the league license.
• Causing accidents on purpose on the track regardless of type of a game or during a test will be strictly penalized with a ban of access to server for 14 days or even taking back the license (repeated procedure of contesting for the license)
• Driver who has reported his will of contesting for the license and he is not appearing on the server and races is crossed off from the list of contesting drivers after 2 weeks from the application.
5. Participants
• Any driver may appear under an alias or name and surname.
• Alias of the player cannot contain words, phrases or abbreviations which are found insulting; spelling mistakes; website addresses and real surnames of drivers and also special signs instead of letters. The alias can contain maximum 4 numbers.
• Driver is obliged to use the same alias in GTLiga, F1liga as well as on F1liga.pl service and a forum.
• Any driver who possess permanent or temporary license is obliged to attend on a official GP.
• If the driver cannot attend on the official GP, he must report that in a right topic on the forum before the beginning of the qualifications.
• Any driver has one chance to change his car. It involves taking back previous points (also team points) and imposing on a new car a 80kg penalty.
• By the first time when an absence is not reported the driver gets a penalty “-5 grid” in the next official GP.
• By the second time when the absence is not reported the driver is removed from drivers list, points which he scored remain in individual classification as well in constructors.
• If the driver wants to start again, he must repeat his report for the league license.
6. Teams
• To participate in the league races, each driver must be a member of a team. The driver can join an existing team or create his own.
• Team names are given by founders.
• Team name cannot contain words, phrases or abbreviations which are found insulting.
• Driver can be a member of only one team while the season is running.
• Driver replacement is possible with an administrator agreement.
• Replacements with the drivers from outside the league are possible if the driver gain the league license or by the administrator agreement.
• In case of changing team by the driver during the season, points which were scored by him remains on account of a leaving team.
• Team can be started if the reporting driver has a permanent or a temporary league license.
• Team can consist of maximum 3 licensed drivers.
• Team must consist of minimum 2 drivers with a permanent or a temporary license as a term to be reported.
• One-person team can be started if and only if there is no vacancy in none team and there are no licensed drivers to start it with.
7. Practices
• Trainings are held all the time, except for the official races.
• Trainings are held in three forms – practices, MiniSim and Sim races.
• MiniSim:
MiniSim is a form of practice and it assumes a form of 10 minutes race.
When server is set for different time than 10 minutes, players are obligated to inform an administrator about that fact and due to that organizing MiniSim races is prohibited.
Race can take place in the presence of minimum 5 drivers.
About the start of MiniSim race decide - by majority of 70% - players by carrying out a voting.
MiniSim is held without the qualifications.
Drivers are covering the formation lap carefully without speed limiter.
During the MiniSim complete silence on general chat is in effect and starting any vote is prohibited.
Between following races and votes must be minimum a 5 minute brake.
Starting a MiniSim race is prohibited an hour before the FullSim and official race.
• Sim:
Sim is a form of practice and it assumes a form of 3 races which lasts 30 minutes each with 5 minutes brakes between them.
Sim can take place in the presence of minimum 5 drivers.
Condition of participating in Sim is 10 covered and measured lap times on the track.
Race is preceded by 15 minutes assembly in time when drivers are covering discretionary laps.
About starting positions to first race decides positions achieved during the time of assembly. To second and third race - positions achieved in previous race (inverse order).
Sim races take place at fixed dates. According to custom it is on Tuesday, Thursday – if the official race is not taking place that day – and Saturday at 19:00. About possible changes players will be inform on forum and also in main bookmark.
During the whole Sim complete silence on general chat is in effect and starting any vote is prohibited.
Driver who cause danger for other drivers may not be allowed to the start in race. It also refers to players who have problems with keeping acceptable internet connection (low pings).
8. The rules of the game
• In PitLane is in effect limited speed.
• During the race are in effect all the rules from real races along with flags (yellow, blue and black) and their consequences.
• To drive out from PitLane player must stick to the rules from real races – speed and marked avenue.
• During the official GP and fullsims, drivers are obliged to take a half of place in boxes.
• Dates of races are posted in calendar. About possible changes, administration will inform drivers a minimum 48 hours ahead of time of the game.
• The official schedule of qualifications, races and race distance:
Practice – 19:30 (15 minutes) – The time to connect to server.
Qualifications – 19:45 (20 minutes)
Warm-up – 20:05 (5 minutes)
Race – 20:10 (90 minutes), (180 minutes for a long-distance race).
• During the qualifications entering server is prohibited with a consequence of a ban for the whole GP. Driver who was disconnected at the beginning of the qualifications can return during first 3 minutes of the qualifications.
• During the official GP and FullSim races, driving by using a keyboard is prohibited on GTliga server. Keyboard is only allowed in practices and MiniSim races
9. Qualifications
• During the qualifications, driver can cover maximum 5 laps, including 3 measured laps.
• Violating this regulation will cause a disqualification and a start from the last position.
• After covering a permissible number of laps we return to boxes as quickly we possibly can.
• During the qualifications complete silence on general chat is in effect. Deviations will result in removing from the session.
• While we are on an out lap we give ground to driver who is on measured lap in that way to not disturb him.
• On measured lap we turn the lights on to inform drivers who are on the out lap about the necessity of giving ground.
• During the qualifications, if driver did not cover any measured lap, he is obligated to start from boxes.
• After beginning the first measured lap, setup is being locked. During the warm-up it is only possible to refuel, change tires, change brake balance and adjust the front wing.
• During the race complete silence on general chat is in effect.
• On call of an administrator, the driver who makes ride difficult for other drivers (for example like temporary problems with connection) is obligated to leave the track immediately. Not complying with that rule will result in removal of the player.
10. Race
• Race may take place in the presence of minimum 5 drivers.
• In force is standing start which is preceded by a formation lap.
• During the formation lap, drivers are obligated to drive with speed limiters as fluently as it is possible.
• During the formation lap, it is not allowed to overtake a driver who lost his position, went off the track etc. Driver will start to the race from position which he achieved in qualifications.
• On the formation lap, drivers are obligated to keep a reasonable distance to a preceding driver; ride one by one in order from the qualifications.
• Sudden braking which cause danger of accident is prohibited.
• Causing an accident during the formation lap will result in a double penalty or even taking back the league license.
• Lapping:
Lapped driver has a duty to let through a faster driver on a distance of 4 corners (chicane counts as a 1 corner).
Faster driver has a duty to signal his manoeuvre with blinking lights.
Faster driver is responsible for a safely done lapping.
• Using lights in other situations than listed in 10.X will be found as a try of gaining position not compliant with regulations and strictly penalized.
• During the race complete silence on general chat is in effect.
• On call of an administrator, a driver who makes ride difficult for other drivers (for example like temporary problems with connection) is obligated to leave the track immediately. Not complying with that rule will result in removal of the player.
11. Grading scale
• During the 2009 season following grade scale is in effect:

• Driver who covered at least 70% leader distance receives points.
• In case drivers have the same amount of points, number of wins decides about a higher position.
• The sum of points which were scored by drivers from one team in a definite race is counted in team classification.
12. Weight penalties
• Weight penalties
Imposing penalties:
1st place + 40 kg
2nd place + 30 kg
3rd place + 20 kg
4th place + 10 kg
Reducing penalties:
6th place – 10 kg
7th place – 20 kg
8th place – 30 kg
From 9th to 20th place – 40 kg
• Driver who was not classified in a race, is not influenced by reduction of weight.
• The maximum weight penalty is 100 kg.
13. Protests
• Until 48 hours from the end of an official race, players have a chance to submit a protest against a different player.
• In protest must be put a nick of the quilty party and a victim, the number of a lap and a corner, time of an incident and a short description of the accident.
• Protest may be reported by any driver – the quilty party, victim or witness.
• Protest should be reported in a suitable topic of GTliga forum or sent to

• Verdict is published the day before an official race.
• Protest which is insulting, vulgar or offending other driver will not be considered.
14. Penalties and The Commission of Penalties
• The Commission has a law to penalize with:
Withdrawal with definite number of starting positions in a next race.
Withdrawal on the end of the starting straight in a next race.
Withdrawal with a definite number of positions in an ended race.
Start from the PitLane in a next race.
Disqualification from an ended race.
Disqualification from a definite number of races.
• The Commission of Penalties may appeal to The Commission of License for verification of the league license of a guilty driver.
• The Commission’s decisions are incontestable and they are beyond doubt.
• Any player can be a member of The Commission of Penaties whose candidature was put up by The Commission and accepted by the league administration.
• In terms of reference of The Commission of License fits:
Giving and taking back permanent licenses.
Giving and taking back temporary and conditional licenses.
• The Commission’s decisions are incontestable and they are beyond doubt.
• Any player can be a member of The Commission of Penaties whose candidature was put up by The Commission and accepted by the league administration.
15. Paintings
• Any driver who possess license has a law to have his own painting.
• Paintings of the whole team may be slightly different (for example by putting alias on it or other, small differences).
• Teams are obligated to show their paintings in a suitable topic on GTliga forum where they will be verified.
• Painting cannot contain insulting contents and signs or which brake general ethical rules.
• On the both sides, in the space between wheels must be the league sticker with a number of a driver. The sticker on the bonnet is optional.
16. Final principles
• All times and final positions in races are in the effect only on the basis of results on a server, statistics, logs or replays.
• Administrator can remove a player from server who committed action which is not in compliance with general rules but is not presented in other point of regulations.
• Before a race it is recommended to turn off any applications (including communicators) which may have effect on stability of the network connection.
• Any attempts of cheating, using forbidden helps will be penalized with an indefinite ban on every server and a ban on the account.
• On the whole service and all servers which belong to F1liga.pl it is prohibited to advertise websites, leagues and other games without a permission of the league administration.
• If someone does not agree with the rules of the league or claims that he is discriminated, we underline that F1liga is not compulsory.
